What you’ll learn
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Explain the scope and responsibilities of a Mold Assessment Consultant
- Identify moisture sources and building conditions that support microbial growth
- Conduct structured assessment workflows including observations and moisture investigation fundamentals
- Understand the purpose of sampling and how results support clear conclusions
- Strengthen documentation and reporting practices (notes, photos, field records)
- Communicate findings professionally with property owners and remediation teams
